01. What types of doors can be customized?

We offer custom sizing, pattern engraving, lock hardware, and color options for doors across multiple scenarios, including villa doors, residential doors, interior doors, hotel/guesthouse doors, and office doors. Materials encompass solid wood, aluminum alloy, copper, stainless steel, and PT doors, catering to diverse needs for villas, homes, offices, hotels, and workplaces.

Provide the door opening dimensions: width × height × thickness (in mm). Allow a 5-10mm installation allowance. Specify the door swing direction (left/right, inward/outward, single/double swing) to prevent installation issues caused by dimensional inaccuracies.

Supports color customization with options from our color chart or by matching your sample. For style customization, we offer tailored panel patterns, glass styles (clear/frosted/rainbow), and handle designs to meet personalized needs.

Standard material custom doors have a production cycle of 15-20 business days. Custom orders involving special materials (such as premium solid wood) or complex craftsmanship require 25-30 business days. Specific timelines are subject to the order confirmation.

Cross-border orders include door panels and accessories (hinges, handles, etc.) by default, but do not include on-site installation services. For installation guidance, please contact your sales manager to obtain detailed installation videos and manuals.

Questions Regarding Smart Lock Customization

Please note: Currently, our smart locks only support custom packaging and logo customization. The lock body itself does not offer customization options for functionality, dimensions, or color. All units are standardized mass-produced products compatible with most standard door types.

Custom packaging can feature printed logos, brand names, contact information, product selling points, and other details. Packaging materials (paper boxes/color boxes/lid-and-base boxes) and dimensions can be adjusted according to order requirements. The minimum order quantity is 100 sets.

Please provide vector logo files (AI/CDR format), layout requirements for printed content, and color standards (PANTONE color codes). We will provide three design drafts for your confirmation. Once confirmed, production will commence.

After design confirmation, the packaging production cycle is 7-10 business days, synchronized with the smart lock product production cycle, without adding to the overall shipping time.

05. What are the standard feature configurations for smart locks?

Standard smart locks support fingerprint unlocking, passcode unlocking, card swipe unlocking, key unlocking, and remote unlocking via mobile app. Select models feature additional capabilities such as facial recognition, temporary passcodes, and anti-pry alarms. Bulk purchase discounts available. For orders of 100+ smart locks or 50+ custom doors, contact your sales manager to request tiered pricing. Larger orders qualify for greater discounts and priority production and shipping.

After your order ships, the system will automatically send the tracking number to your registered email and mobile phone. You may also contact your sales manager for assistance with tracking.

05. What should I do if the product has quality issues upon receipt?

Within 7 days of receiving the product, if you discover any quality issues (excluding damage caused by human error), please contact your sales manager. You will need to provide photos or videos of the product along with your order number. After verification, the sales manager will confirm the compensation plan with you.

Sample requests are accepted. A sample fee and shipping cost apply per sample. The sample fee will be fully credited toward subsequent bulk purchase orders. Contact your sales manager to specify the required sample model, confirm the sample fee, and arrange shipping time.

01. What shipping methods does the product support?

Cross-border orders support international couriers such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, with shipping by sea or air available upon request. Logistics fees are calculated based on the delivery address and order weight.

We accept PayPal, credit cards (Visa/MasterCard), and T/T wire transfers. For bulk orders, installment payments may be arranged upon negotiation. Please contact our sales manager for specific payment details.
